Finding Your Textbook

Although we do not purchase textbooks for K-State courses, we place donations, loaned personal copies, and books purchased through K-State Libraries Textbook Affordability Initiative on Course Reserves.open/alternative icon

To check our Course Reserves collection:

  1. Type the textbook title, course subject, or course number (ex. ENGL 100) into the search box in the center of the Libraries’ homepage.
  2. Before pressing Enter, select the checkbox next to Course Reserves
  3. Hit the Enter key
  4. If you need to narrow your search results, select options under Refine My Results, such as Course Name, Course Code and Section, or Course Instructors

We may have older editions and non-textbook course materials in our regular collection.

To check our collection:

  1. Type the title into the search box in the center of the libraries’ homepage.
  2. Hit the Enter key
  3. If you need to narrow your search results, select options Refine My Results.
  4. If we own a copy, it will display with a location and other information - you can use this map to locate the item.

If you don't find it, we may still have it! Please contact Library Help and we will double check for you.
